Hotel Fauchere

The location was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. After we checked in, we took a walk around Milford, which is a lovely town. We had a wonderful, relaxed dinner in the hotel at Bar Louis. Our room, although small, was comfortable. The Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The included breakfast was a buffet, but perfectly prepared, with a variety of delicious offerings.

Travel in time in this perfectly restored hotel to its former French glory, in the middle of a small charming town, overwhelmed by beautiful nature. We liked every little detail in the beautiful rooms we occupied, down to the old wood plank floors and framed French restaurant menus from 1927. We came here to celebrate New Year in the famous Delmonico Room and we were not disappointed. Bar Louis does equally justice to its fame.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed with soft linens. I can say enough about how xlean and beautiful everything was in the hotel. We also found out that they own the hotel next door and this beautiful Mexican place up the street. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast on Sunday was amazing! Tasty, well done and enjoyable. Monday morning was good but it was not Sundays! Room was pleasant.
